Miguel Almeida Henriques
Founding Partner & CEO
Graduated in Business Management, he has more than 30 years of experience in investment management and deployment.
Throughout his career, Miguel occupied investment related positions in asset managers, hedge funds and real estate funds and was one of the founders of Banco Privado Português and Grow Capital Partners.
Bernardo Matos
Founding Partner
Graduated in Business Management and with a CAIA certification, Bernardo has more than 25 years of experience in Asset Management, Private Equity, business angel Investing and M&A. Bernardo held several positions in Corporate finance and financial markets and is one of the co-founders of Grow Capital Partners.
Miguel Magalhães
Founding Partner
Graduated in Business Management, he has more than 35 years of experience in Capital Markets, Private Banking and M&A. Miguel held positions in several banks and investment houses, most notoriously at JP Capital Management, a swiss company where he spent a 15-year period. Miguel is a partner and co-founder of Grow Capital Partners.
Filipe Ceia, CFA
Investment Manager
Graduated in Economics with a double masters in Finance, Filipe has more than 10 years of experience working in M&A transactions and financial and strategic advisory, in sectors such as energy, real estate, logistics, food processing, among others. Filipe joined Grow Capital Partners in 2018.
